Import a video from Ipad to computer

Problem with importing a video to the computer I took with my Ipad but I can import my video from iPhone to the computer. Apple said it is not from thier end. Anyone out there that can help?

doesn't Apple have their own software which is specific to them?. I mean the likes of ITunes!.

How do you do it with your phone? Should be the same.
But, try this:
Most straightforward way is with windows explorer, using iTunes.
Connect the ipad to your computer with a USB cable and make sure to launch iTunes.
Tap "Trust ", or "Allow to continue", if you see a prompt on the iPad asking you to "Trust This Computer"
Go to the Internal Storage and choose Apple iPad and then open the DCIM, and choose the videos which you wish to transfer.
