Importing pictures and alblums from next generation iPad to windows 10

hi! When I try to import from iPad to windows 10 laptop.. the loose pictures show up to upload. However none of the alblums show up from iPad to up load! I recently updated from windows 8 to 10. When I uploaded them to windows 8 all alblums showed up & I was able to upload them to laptop! I am at a loss! Thx David
