Is there a way to make SendTo move the file by default, without holding Shift?

Hello.

By default SendTo copies the selected file to the selected folder, leaving the copy of the file in the original folder.

I know that if you hold Shift it moves the file instead of copying it.

Is there a way to make SendTo move the file by default, without holding Shift?

There is/are Registry entries that can be made to show Copyto and Move to on the right-click context menu in File Explorer, just did it on an older HP Envy 17 Notebook.

I know about this, but this is completely different from what I need. It creates a "Move to folder" submenu, and each time you select it, you need to manually find the folder you want to move the file to, which isn't helpful at all. It behaves completely differently than the Send to.

I need the simple SendTo functionality with shortcuts I can edit but I want the SendTo to move the file by default without holding down the Shift key instead of copying it.
