Replace Windows with a version of Linux, I like Mint but Ubuntu variations are good, there's probably over 100 other versions available, look on DistroWatch.org.
Seriously, Windows is Microsoft and there's realistically no way to remove anything Microsoft from Windows. My earliest encounter with Microsoft was my first computer in '92 running MS-DOS 5 with Windows 3.1 as the GUI. I've had every version of Windows except ME and Vista [do have a Vista Notebook I was given]. Also had Windows NT 3.5, 4.0 and 2000 when I worked in computer shops.
But then maybe the question isn't specific enough to elicit the desired suggestions.
