All I got was a blue screen and the beginning of a repair restart loop.
The MS support staff lady said I had to download iso or something on a Windows PC she will no accept that I do not have one she just keeps repeating that I need to get one. If I hah one that worked there would not be a problem. the ms store will not do it on a flash drive even though ms said they wouldwhen I called so now I have a blue screen and a PC destined to be a boat anchor. Might as well have an apple

Hi Gary,

remove all external hardware apart from the mouse and keyboard and try rebooting, a blue-screen normally means a problem with incompatible hardware and/or a driver issue!.
