Lock screen problems

At the Lock screen after the screensaver timeout, I can't get login using the Mouse click or dbl click, keyboard does not do anything until Ctrl+alt+Del
the last combination brings a login prompt.

This is an annoying situation after living computer acts normally

Is any way to correct that ?

I've seen that as a normal situation when using password access to Windows, also with other Operating Systems, all about security. The issue with the mouse and keyboard is that the drivers for them aren't fully loaded until the login.
