Hello. I installed Windows 10 on my laptop and now it's asking me to enter a password to get in. How can I get rid of this screen so that I can get into my laptop. It's not taking my password

First of all, make certain that the User Name that is displayed is correct.
There should be an "Ease of Access" ICON on the signin screen, use that to bring up the On Screen Keyboard and use that combined with the little (Eye) icon in the password text box to confirm that your password is being entered exactly as you expect (case sensitive).
Are you using a local account or a Microsoft Account to login?
Do you have multiple accounts on the laptop?
