downloaded free unsolicited Windows 10 to my ASUS laptop today. After process had gone through download, install and restart the new desktop had the message : we were unable to complete installation . . . I am also having trouble with everything on my taskbar and my mouse is not working very well.
Tried to access Microsoft support on line and every try ended with a dead url.
I think I need a working webpage or 800 number for Microsoft.
