Microphone not Working on HP ENVY laptop

I’m having trouble with the microphone on my HP ENVY laptop (Bang & Olufsen). The speakers work fine, but the microphone isn’t functioning. I’ve checked for driver updates with Microsoft and in Windows, and everything seems up-to-date.
In Device Manager, there’s an error for the 'Digital Microphone Device,' but I can't find the right drivers online.
Any tips or recommendations on how to fix this? Thanks!
