I have having problems with MS Office 2016 - Outlook. Suddenly my folders and past emails have disappeared from Outlook since I accepted the Google Drive, I have tried to delete, hoping that this was the problem but it still keeps popping up.

I have looked up the file location for MS Outlook and attach the screen shot, some have TMO after them and others Conflict.pst.

Help would be appreciated as cannot download any emails, keeps notifying me that there is an error.

I am a happy user of Office/Outlook 2016.
My only recommendation would be that you disable/uninstall Google drive.
I am sure you will find your lost mail on the original site:

There you can even recover old mail.

Went to that site but it is for outlook. live.com which is a different one to MS Office Pro 2016.
I am, as usual, confused.

It is the same thing. All the desktop (outlook2016) does is fetches mail from that site.
MSOffice Pro is aa complete office program, and incudes the mail (Outlook) in its suite.

try this is worked for me
1) Right click start button on start screen
2) go to top apps and features
3) In list of installed apps find Office 2016
4)Click and use modify
5)It asks do you want to repair?
6)Repair software takes about 5 minutes

Then you're up and running

Have already tried that Michael but it didn't work. Have since connected to the internet and did a repair on that but it still didn't work. The problem I think is that it keeps telling me that (e-mail address removed) already exists (as in the @iprimus.com.au(Conflict1), if I could delete this (how) then I can add the same account name without the Conflict1.
I did enter the Product Key when the online repair was done.
Perhaps I should uninstall the MS Office then download the 2016 from the internet and install?

Many thanks
Rhea
