The Windows 10 Version Systems (KB5004945) is fully downloaded but unable to installing any solution?

Have you tried just waiting at that stage. I think (?) there is a current information error in the download message. It is possibly installing as well. On a slow machine, I had to wait about 15 minutes at 100% and suddenly it said you computer needs to reboot to finish the installation.
