How can I contact Microsoft for technical support? I have two main issues that cannot be solved here. One is that Windows doesn't support whateve - see imgage below. Been since Windows XP and no one knows how to solve it. The second issue is the Custom Files instead of All Files - a real nusiance that no one seems to know how to correct and why there is the option of Custom Files. Custom Files does not show all the files in the folder...
This is why I need to contact Microsoft for support.
