Missing Windows 10 "Documents" folder

I tried to move what I thought was a single folder over to my D drive from my C drive. In doing so, It turns out I moved the entire Documents folder and it made my D drive the Documents folder. Now I cannot find the Documents folder even though it says it is still there. What do I do?

The default location is C:\Users\USERNAME. Might try creating the Documents Folder there if it doesn't exist then Copy or Move the actual documents back into it.
