Monitor resolution

I upgraded from windows 7 Ultimate to Windows 10 Pro. My monitor, correctly installed on Win 7 as a PNP with resolution 1680x1050, was installed on Win 10 as a non-PNP with resolution 1400x1050. This distorts my photos. How can I get the resolution to 1680x1050?
The only resolutions listed are:
2048x1536
1600x1200
1400x1050
1280x1024
1024x768

Don't know the card name and cannot find a driver from Samsung for the monitor.

Device manager will tell you what video card it is. If there is a new driver for the card it may solve the problem.
