Mouse and Screen Freezes

Every so often, more often when I'm watching a video on the internet, the mouse and screen freeze. I have no idea what could be causing it.

I'm using a Dell Inspiron 15-7559 with Windows 10

I had the same irritating problem after upgrading to Windows 10
Eventually I have cleaned up my disk of which 2 parttions were nearly full and since then the freezing did not occur anymore. Check if your HD partitions have at least 15 % free
This remains a bug in Windows 10 as this should warn you if a full partition may cause problems of this kind

I doubt it is anything to do with space on your hard disk, but it is a possibility.

How much memory do you have? It is more likely a problem with the combination of your memory, the CPU speed, and associated caching.
