My Display Drivers are giving me quite a problem!!!

When i updated all drivers in windows 10 on my hp notebook pc my display driver became a AMD Radeon 8400 / R3 Series and it gave me quite a problem because my pc started being very laggy then i went and changed it back to AMD RAdeon 8400 and my fan became so loud even though i only have browser and watching on net and even though my pc wasn't hot.... which is better? well i preffer AMD RAdeon 8400 because i get irritated with the lag in R3 series... but let me hear your opinions and can u pls give me more options on solving both these problems... Thanks

If it's a laptop, I recommend using the drivers provided by the laptop manufacture. They sometimes use proprietary drivers with a specific fan profile.

AMD Radeon 8400 isn't the drivers, it's the actual gpu. There is no difference.
