SOLVED Need help installing apps

I am trying to install Sudoku and Microsoft solitaire collection. When I get to the install page it says for both of the above that I own this app and I can install them on my device. However when I click install I just get the 'working' and dots, but nothing happens after that. Trying to install the sudoku I left pc on for 3 hours and still got the same 'working.....' but it is definitely not.

Perhaps it is being blocked by your security system.

I did a system restore as Docdaryl suggested. It worked in the fact that O can now download apps but I am afraid that the problem with the solitaire collection has not been solved as when I try to download it, the reply is "This is embarrassing...we can't find it. As in all problems with bloody computers, one tends to solve 1 problem which then leads to another problem.

Thank god I have a job which no computer ever will be able to carry out.
