Installing a Devolo dlan 500 AV help needed

Hi guys I need a little help please

I have recently installed a Devolo dlan 500 AV starter kit in the hope it will extend my wifi signal.

I have found it does the job very well and I now have a strong Wi-Fi signal in parts of the house where it was not possible before.

But now for my problem I now have two wireless networks in my house my original one and now the Devolo one.

I have seen a utube video where Devolo say it is possible to clone my original Wi-Fi configuration into the Devolo one so there is only one wireless network, I have followed to instructions on the video but it does not work I still have both networks.

So does anybody know what I am doing wrong please?

This is an older link for Devolo, but its probably worth reading all the same to ensure you have the correct firmware to make cloning accessible.
