I have a Acer vivobook that I connected to my old acer moniter using a HDMI to VGA converter, and i can see the moniter but there is a flying Input not Support box which blocks the vision when I use the second moniter.. Please help

but there is a flying Input not Support box

that usually happens when the monitor cannot display the resolution it is offered. It may help if you reduce the resolution and possibly the refresh rate. The problem is that your computer cannot adequately communicate with the monitor because of the converter as those converters usually only have a "one way" path for the signal.
