Network Problems, need help

Hi guys, I was running win 8.1 and updated to 10074 tp. Every network device, ethernet adaptor, wifi adapter, bluetooth etc dont work. The drivers install and say they are working , but when I go to the device properties it says "this device requires additional installation" When I tried a manual install with win 7 and 8 drivers it just hangs and times out
realtek ethernet
Device PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8168&SUBSYS_85051043&REV_09\4&45fb534&0&00AA requires further installation.
