network wont connect to smart tvs since upgraded from 7 to 10

Since computer was upgraded from win7 to win10 network is not connected to smart tvs?!

Hello and welcome to the forum.
Does the TV show up in Control Panel, devices and printers?
Does it show up in Device Manager under Digital Media Devices?
Do you know the IP address of the TV?
Can you ping the IP address of the TV?
