SOLVED New laptop with only one power plan available

Hi, this is my current OS:
Edition Windows 10 Pro
Version 20H2
OS build 19042.610

When I try to change the power plan, W10 offer me only one option called Balanced. Please find the image attached.
On my old W10, I was offered 2 different, for performance or battery.
Do you know where the other options have gone?

Mine shows the same and clicking the Change link shows 2 choices for each type power that are adjustable and there's more links to other changes. Basically some of the settings in many parts of Windows are not necessary for casual use, just keeps things a little cleaner.
