I have created a new local user account with administrator rights on my pc but when you log in desktop appears with some programmes but nothing happens when you try and start them and that also goes for the start menu, email etc. Absolutely nothing works. I cant even try and change the display settings under that account.
There was no issue in the old Windows7 for creating a user. It was seamless.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this as it is driving me nuts. Fours hours gone already.
