I am running 3 computers (1 HP Pavillion Laptop, 1 Surface Pro 3 and 1 Dell XPS 9000) all under Win10. The HP and the Dell are working perfectly in the existing Homegroup and with all Networking aspects. The Surface 3 Pro, however, informs me that no Homegroup exists on the current Network. All three machines are connected to my network, one with Ethernet, two with WiFi and all three show as connected to the same network. After trying everything I know how, I also was not successful in my searches in the Internet. Hopefully, someone out here can help me with a solution short of reinstalling Windows 10.

Thanks millions for any advice.
