I h ave Windows 10 Home Insider Preview Evaluation copy. Build 14352,rs1_release.160522-1930, The last OS update apparently removed the mouse pad drivers and the ability to add an USB mouse. Can anyone help me get access to my Acer Laptop computer?

Hello and welcome to the forum.
Usually a USB Mouse is plug and play and doesn't require much of anything to function. Have you tried the USB mouse on other USB ports on the computer.
You might want to try upgrading to the latest build if that fits your options....
Hold the windows logo key and strike the R key and type
ms-settings:windowsupdate
Now you will need to tap the tab key on your keyboard three times or until you see a faint dotted outline appear around the "Check for updates" button, at which point you can strike the Enter key.
That should provide you with the option to install Build 14361
I can't say for certain that it will resolve the issue, but it might be worth trying.
