I don't want to have to use a Pin or password to log in every time. How do I overcome this.

As with many others, it seems. There doesn't appear to be an explanation on the web yet.

I'm beginning to wonder, for those who the typical netplwiz nor Control Userpasswords2 do not seem to work, if they have.....
A local group policy setting or a registry setting that is forcing them to login and because of these settings the typical tools we might use to configure auto-logon do not work.

I have just been having a chat with a colleague.
He claims that the windows 10 preferred method, where he operates, is simpler.
Settings - Accounts - sign-in options.
Change you account password.
You put in your existing password, to gain access, then leave two blanks for the new password.

Anyone who wants to do this, it is at your risk. I am going to try it when I am in a position to put my image back, if I fail - that isn't now.
Doubt I have is, should it be needed, returning to your old password.

I think your method needs to be tried out by those who fail to use netplwiz.
If it works for them, then we have a new method.

I am sure it will work for us who are successful using netplwiz but that does not really prove anything.
