Can you help by being a little more specific.....
Is this happening.....
When you download items from an internet resource??
OR
When you are editing a local file like a Word Document or a Photo and then attempt a "Save As" with a different name??
AND
What exactly happens....
Do you get an error
OR
Just nothing at all
Is it happening in specific installed programs
IF so which ones
OR
Only in your web browser
IF so which one
