Using Firefox, I cannot access a website correctly, yet in a private window I can. My wife's profile on the same PC allows normal access to the same website. I have deleted cookies and history. Any suggestions?

That may be the firefox private browsing feature, put that in the search for pages about it.

I have searched everywhere, for some reason it will not work in my normal profile.

Depends upon what is 'normal'. There's 2 user accounts, Microsoft or Local, and they can be Admin or Standard. Standard doesn't have as many rights to make changes as the Admin.
