Using Home 64bit 1903 18362.267

I know this has been done before, not recently though or I would have joined that thread. I used Ultimate Windows Tweaker 4.6 to remove the shortcut arrows. That's worked for some shortcuts, but some have an odd arrow on them, see screenshot.

The Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Icons entry has a 29 key with value pointing to a blank icon that UWT gave me (I presume). The Properties for the odd icons show a normal un-green arrow icon.

Any new shortcut I create gets a green arrow too.. I have no idea.

OK, found an answer. The green arrow is a synced indicator from OneDrive. I fixed it by not having my Desktop synced, in the OneDrive settings. There's also a solution using NirSoft ShellExView to disable the indicators, or could just not use OneDrive I guess.
