Old PC Game Crash

I am trying to play a PC game from 2005 and am able to launch and play it in all but one game mode. The game is MVP baseball 2005 by the way. Once a game completes either manage, sim, or play the game crashes. Any idea what I can do?

Right-click the executable or shortcut, select "Properties", click on the "Compatibility" tab, then click "Run compatibility troubleshooter".

Hi!

My wife is playing lots of old "obsolete" PC-games so i know the feeling, can be a pain in the ass to get them working on new hardware on win 10. I always use google then as support, usually the game has some fans running a support page were you can find valuable info.

The MVP 2005 and Windows 10 Thread

This thread has become the official talking point of getting MVP Baseball 2005 to run on Windows 10. The common issue for 10 users is that the game will not start on launch. As of now I've decided to revert back to Windows 7. Hopefully as we further discuss this issue a solution will prevent itself.
