SOLVED Outlook e-mails not entirely visible

When I open an e-mail part of it, to the right. s off screen and there's no scroll bar to view it. Help would be appreciated.

I'd open one with the issue and hold down the Ctrl key and press the - key or Ctrl key and roll the mouse wheel to resize the contents of the window. If there's a readability issue might right-click the Desktop and check Resolution setting, sometimes the Recommended isn't the best for the purpose.

I am only up to outlook 2016. If I click an email item, it is thrown to the right (or down, according to your configuration?). I then double click it and it opens fully, for reading, with the scroll bar.
