I have gotten repeated emails that threaten to stop all incoming emails. Here is what the latest looks like:

Is this legitimate? I have gotten similar ones in the past month or two and so far nothing bad has happened when I just delete or report them as phishing schemes.
Notice that it is from a hotmail email, not a Microsoft domain address.

its a scam. Phishing emails like that I get every day. Usually they are discarded automatically in the junk folder (at least on my PC).
Pay it no mind and delete it right away....

Yeah, it's definitely a scam. Don't click on any links in it. By the way, Hotmail is an older Microsoft domain. My oldest Microsoft account is a Hotmail account. Microsoft themselves would never use that domain though.

I agree, it’s a scam:
One of the ‘To’ addresses contains the word sopport, from address is Hotmail, Microsoft wouldn’t use a Hotmail address.
If you hover your mouse over the link I bet it won’t point to a genuine Microsoft URL.
