Outlook reading panes not staying when set

First, I love the look and feel of Windows 10. My issue is that I prefer to read my emails using the reading pane on the right side. Everytime I log onto Outlook the reading panes revert back to the original view of no reading panes. How do I keep my settings to stay with reading pane right view?
