I want to change the way Windows 10 works in that I want to get rid of the need to enter a password when starting up Windows 10.

I need the computer to reboot and start running when I am not around, and it can't do that with the need to enter a password.
I used to do this with other distributions of Windows but can't find it on Windows 10.

Thanks.

Normally, using netplwiz is the method to bypass password login and go directly to the desktop.

I don't know what method you use to get the computer rebooting without you being around.
So, I don't know if the same netplwiz option will work for you.
Obviously you are more computer savvy. Perhaps you can teach me a thing or 2.

Thanks for the input.
This led me to findhing that if you right click on the start button and select 'run' you can then type in 'control userpasswords 2 ' and from there you simply on click the box that says you have to enter a password when booting up the computer.

This works for me.
