Hello,
I've assembled a PC, and all the hardware components appear to be functioning properly. I can access my BIOS and make the desired changes. However, when I attempt to start Windows, the screen freezes, and my mouse turns off. Although the keyboard continues to emit light, it also becomes unresponsive (both have RGB lighting). Additionally, the PC remains powered on, but I'm unable to take any action. I purchased the Windows key from a website called Softwareindustrie 24, which is reputable. They provided a USB stick with the Windows setup (I've confirmed the setup folder on my old PC). I'm perplexed as to why this issue is occurring, especially since no one else seems to have experienced a similar problem.
