pc stuck at deconnexion while changing account

So, I installed windows 10 evrything ran smoothly, but when I changed to local account, I' got a blue screen with déconnexion write in the center, and it's lasting for about 12 hours. Shutting off the pc doesn't
Does someone have an idea?
I would be really thankfull.
