I was upgrading to Windows 10 and the PC stuck in 75% of the upgrading and is not advance from there. I do not do anything because I want to know what should I do.

How long have you been waiting?
Many people have found that having USB dongles attached to the computer during the update seems to halt or freeze the update.
If you have any such devices you might want to consider removing them.
USB dongles supporting either network adapters, or wireless keyboards and mice, etc. You may want to try with only a monitor, USB Keyboard and USB mouse attached to your system.
