Using Windows 8 I could print off pictures on A4 glossy photographic paper with different options, e.g. 2 - 6x4 on the same page. I cannot find that option on Windows 10. Please advise how this could be done as I'm getting very frustrated with Windows 10 at the moment. Thanks

Hello Lyn and welcome to the forum.
You don't mention what printer you are having the issue with, but.....
My suggestion would be to go to that printer's manufacturer's website and download the latest full driver software package and reinstall the printer like it was new.
It's often a good idea to completely uninstall (remove) the printer and all previously installed software associated with it and disconnect it from the computer before beginning the new install.
Then connect it when prompted by the software.
