SOLVED Photos App left and right arrows not showing

When I open a photo directly from the a folder in "Pictures". the left and right direction arrows do not display, so I cannot scroll through the rest of the pictures in the folder. Any ideas?

Solved by Microsoft advisor. Had to uninstall the Photos app and re-install. Had to go into Windows Powershell and run script for uninstall. Why can't they give users the ability to uninstall Windows 10 apps?
