"Please update your credentials... for an account that no longer exisists

    Hello,

    I have a laptop which HAD Office Home and Business 2010 and Office 365 on it, those programs have been removed.

    I am trying to run just Windows 10 with it's mail 'server'.

    Every day I get an email, "Please update your credentials for an account....", which no longer exsists.

    Any suggestions?

    Hi Roger,

    have you created a different user name on the PC?, are you using a local account or your MS account?. :):):)
