pop up ads

with the new windows pro 10 I'm getting pop up adds is there anyway to remove them I'm using google chrome as my browser

Do you mean ads in the browser? If so you can install something like Adblock + to stop unwanted ads.

I agree. Adblock Plus is a great adon to Chrome. It blocks most ads in my email and browser. Some times I will use it to block other things which I do not want to see by r. clicking on the item, Still there are some annoying pop ups which you have to live with. There was one of those at the top of my email page in Win7 w. Actually, it was a tiny dropdown tab which was hard to avoid when selecting a valid drop down there but it is no longer there in Win10.
