Printer printing blank pages after upgrading to W10

Hello, can anyone help with this - I was running W7 on a Dell laptop with Office 2013. Since upgrading to W10 eventually got Office 2013 to respond OK, but now when I go to print from Excel or Word (Epson XP-400 connected by USB cable) the printer goes thru its motions & thinks its printing, but all I get are blank pages. Have tried all the usual (turning off & on etc). HELLPP??

Not exactly sure, what might be going on, but....
I think I would try using the Programs and Features applet in the Control Panel to remove any and all Epson Software, then I would use Devices and Printers to remove all instances of the XP-400 and double check device manager to confirm it was gone. Disconnect the USB cable and then download and install the latest driver package for that printer from here
