I am reaching out for someone else, who has a Windows 10 laptop.
She wants the pps viewer; didn't know what her Microsoft password was. I gave her the links to take care of that and it appeared to have been successful. (She sent me copies of the emails). But when she tried to sign in she recd. the message that she didn't have the right password and they would text her a code. She can not receive texts. She tried to write to that "noreply" email from them and of course it didn't go through.
How can she contact Microsoft to tell them they will have to email her the code?
