Purchased jigsaw puzzles will not download

After buying new jigsaw collections (using gold bricks) the purchased collection will not download. Please help! thanks

I was able to download another jigsaw collection no trouble but cannot find where my other MS games are. I was unable to finish the download last night so went back this morning & was able to continue with the download no problem. Sure u have tried again but if not give it another go.
