q.js from p.adrta.com pop up removal

Keep getting this pop up, "q.js from p.adrta open save run" Eset & Malwarebytes find nothing. How can I get rid o it? It may have arrived with Windows update July 7 2017.

running Microsoft safety scanner as I write this, Eset and Malwarebytes see nothing. How do get rid of this thing?

Does this popup happen across multiple sites, or just a single site?

It could be a legitimate js plugin that is being incorrectly called in the html document (as it's trying to download instead of run on the page). If it happens across multiple sites, it looks less likely to be legit. Either way, this shouldn't be happening.

Back up your important data or create a disk image. Download (JRT) Junkware Removal Tool from Malwarebytes. If It finds anything just make sure (double check) you want it deleting. Also make sure you are downloading from the vendor Malwarebytes.
