I have been using Picpick for screen-capture in my 2 laptops.
Lately, one laptop has been upgraded to Win 10 Pro in which Picpick works as if nothing has happened.
In the other one running Win 10 Home, Picpick has stopped running.
I did the uninstall > reinstall routine.
After the reinstall, it worked for the first launch . After that, no response when clicking at it.

I wonder if other users with the same OS version experience the same issue.

It's a bit strange.
I kind of found a solution.......
Over to the right of the taskbar, there is this arrow ( show hidden icons).
I clicked it open and there is the Picpick icon.
I clicked at it and surprise, it opened up and ready to work.
Yet my Picpick desktop shortcut won't.
Go figure.

I used the built in snipping tool for full screen captures. If there is any editing that can't be done with the tool, then paint can do the rest.
