Quicken 2001

I used to use Quicken on my previous computer and I found it very useful, so when I got a new Windows 10 laptop, I installed it with absolutely no problems. However, I have also now bought a new all in one HP desktop with Windows 10, but when I tried to install Quicken on it, it said it was incompatible. How is this possible when both computers are 64 bit. Can anyone explain this please?

Hi

what version of Win 10 is on the 2nd PC?, if there a difference in the versions you have installed?, the latest is ver 1809, the other one may have an older version like 180???. :)
