RD Web Access not working

Hi,
I tried to log in to my workplace computer using remote desktop web access. website allows me to sign in to RD service website but when I try to login a workplace computer it not respond when I click connect button. I am not sure this problem is MS edge or Win 10.
I am using Win 10 Home version. Any ideas ?

Windows 10 has eliminated the activeX component necessary to open RDWeb apps. Because of this, none of the full versions of IE are compatible with Windows 10. Neither Edge or the IE desktop app will run RDWeb either. I'm having the same problem. When I contacted support, their only solution was to return to Windows 8.1. That, in my opinion is not an acceptable solution.
