RD webaccess not working

Hi,
I have tried to login my workplace computer using remote desktop web service but it not respond.
I can login remote desktop service on website but when I click to connect for a computer it doesn't response.
I am not sure issue is on MS Edge or Windows 10. Same computer it worked with windows 8.1 and IE.
can you tell me what can be cause this problem?
