Timeline not working after 1803 update

Timeline has stopped working since the 1803 update. I have tried various registry hacks but to no avail. Please help

you need to hide your eMail address as anyone can send you an eMail!.

Have you played around with the settings at all since last posting?.

No, haven't changed anything yet. Tried to install the latest update - KB4462933, but it fails to install with error 0x800737701.

I was referring to this, take a good look at what the red line is covering!!!!!.

I did click the email to off, but timeline still no good. I tried to install a win10 update but it wont install KB4462933 but it fails with an error message. Have retried 3 times to no avail. I thought this update may help
